Probably one of the best comedy-drama films that I have ever seen and one of my favorities. This movie has everything: From funny moments that don´t have a sense but others in which you realize the nature of human live and how to be able to decide when is the right moment to be a parent. Because this is a comedy, the lighting was bright and always focused on the characters. The movie also used flashbacks, mostly in dreams and memories from the main character. Because the movie wanted to be as realistic as possible, the use of special effects were minimized to only elemental things. The camera's perspective was seen from all the possible angles, having shots like bird eye, medium, high, wide and location shots.
In a critical point of view, the film filled every parameter possible, it had a great and fresh story, the cast was a superb one and audience could feel identified with everyone of them, because each one was different.
If you search a movie in which you can look for simple effects and great storylines, then this movie is just for you, being easy to understand and enjoyable for every member of the family.
Movies that have everything like shots, angles, flashbacks, lighting, a great cast, effects, are the ones that take a little bit more longer I think, because its hard to edit some scenes, where it makes us realize that are flashbacks or that are being seen with different angles or perspective.
