Film Theory: animatronics

The adding of animatronics in movie has opened a window for directors and filmmakers to create more dangerous scenes that actors wouldn’t do in real life. Also, they have added the usage of montages between scenes in which the actor is performing and the one in which you see the animatronic and don’t know that it is one.
If you want to make a shot of a baby blowing up, you will be crazy enough if you actually put one in a situation like that, or, as in the movie Hannibal that I talked about, you want to cut the brain of your character, then leave that to the magic men of special effects and robotics. Without putting your actors and staff in danger, you will still have a great and easier shot to do.
GO AHEAD TECHNOLOGY!

  1. when you see that kind of movies, with all that effects, if them were very well done you can see how realistic it could be. Then you can see that the film techniques are in evolution.
